The price of gas in Pearland is on the rise, though the city's average remains lower than that for the metropolitan region, state or nation, based on data from gasbuddy.com.
Users of the price-tracking website reported rates for regular unleaded at 32 stations in and around Pearland. Those numbers averaged out to a price of $3.570 per gallon as of April 4. That's lower than averages for Texas ($3.584), the Houston area ($3.599) and the United States ($3.666).
Last week's average was $3.435 per gallon of regular unleaded.
The least expensive source of gas listed for Pearland was Express Food Mart at 2255 County Place Parkway, which was listed as charging $3.48 per gallon.
The highest price being charged in Pearland was $3.68 per gallon. A GasBuddy user saw that rate at the Exxon station at 1524 E. Broadway St.

If you are looking for a sports bar atmosphere and food with that theme this is not the place to go. There are much better places in Pearland to go. ...
